Mastering the Green Soul Phase Mechanics

At the start of the battle, Undyne turns your soul green, immobilizing your movement and handing you a spear shield. You must use your direction controls to block incoming magic spears arriving from all four directions. Standard blue-white spears travel directly toward you, while tricky yellow spears spin around and strike from the opposite side.

Maintaining focus during this phase is critical for preserving your health items for later stages.
